Chair (Steelcase Leap v2) arrively ahead of schedule and was very well packed inside its container. I took the option and now I have a new office chair looking as new.. the replacement instructions were pretty clear and easy to perform. Crandall does business the right way. I definitely feel the Steelcase Amia was the better chair for me than the Leap V2 based on my home office usage. This was an exceptional experience and we're very grateful to have found the right part so easily for a chair that we bought on Facebook Marketplace without knowing the gas chamber for the hydraulics was broken. I upgraded to the roller incline wheels and they are great on my hardwood floor. I ordered a Steelcase Leap V1 Highback for $449 with free shipping. The Hermin Miller chair that I ordered was very well packed and in the condition I expected (refurbished). Whilst I was a little nervous about spending quite a bit more than I'm used to spending on an office chair, the reviews (and my aging back) swayed me.

I didn't expect much from a used chair, but it arrived 1 week ahead of schedule with brand new padding/upholstery and only minor wear on the side adjustment knob. It made replacing the gas cylinder on my Aeron chair super easy to do all by my self, which saved me a ton of money. Very good company to deal with (so far). Best decision I've made for my WFH office. I sent an email asking if they were able to sell me a replacement part for a Herman Miller Id bought on Craigslist.
